Finally got to get out and do some engagement pictures for Brittany and Paul. And these weren’t just any engagement pictures, no, these were my first time to ever go out and take pictures of somebody outside of the family engagement pictures.
I was pretty nervous but since I’ve known Brittany for about 2.5 years and Paul is a good guy, I got comfortable pretty quick. Brittany’s mom was also there to help out with the posing and holding the reflector for better light. We walked down to the fountain pond (at Rose Park in Mansfield) and got started shooting.
I learned quit a bit with this first shoot. I think the pictures turned out pretty good for my first time out but I see where I could have done things differently in some of the pictures.
Can’t wait to go and do some more pics for them. Maybe I can make them my models and whenever I want to try something new or see a great location for pictures, I can give them a ring and go make some great pictures!

And of course if you would like to see more of the pictures, please check out my Flickr site.
